I have butchered deer with my Dad as a young boy but have not hunted deer in so long, I have forgotten the process. I'm finally getting back into it and am passing the hunting tradition on to my 14 year old step-son and also to my 8 year old son when he is old enough. I'm a PA native from the Pocono mountains and now live in NJ and while I live in a rural area with tons of deer...the cultrural difference between northeast PA and NJ is just incredible. I can't WAIT to bag a deer and show the kids what it's really like to eat good food! Thanks again and Happy Hunting! Eric
